Mysterious Window

In the 'Edit Scheduled Transactions' dialog under 'Options' 'Enabled' is x'd
in the box. 'Create Automatically' is x'd when the amount is fixed (like
mortgage) and constant, but not where I must need correct the amount (such
as utility payments).
GC works so smoothly that I usually hesitate to make changes - all too often
I find the law of unintended consequences at work!

I'm very sorry, but I have no idea what SXes are or how to "auto-create"
anything. This new window appeared by itself after installing 2.2.1 - never
saw it before. Under 'GnuCash Preferences' and 'Scheduled Transactions'
and 'Since Last Run Dialogue' 'Run When Data File Opened' is checked. I
suppose I can just uncheck that, but I still wouldn't know what it was
for. It only appears maybe one time in ten when starting GC. More of a
curiosity than a bother.
Sorry ... by "SXes" I mean "Scheduled transactions".
By "auto-create", I mean is the auto-create checkbox on the individual
scheduled transactions set to enabled/true?
My theory is that there is a bug in the case where there are SXes to
(auto-)create, but none that require interaction/dialog to create. In that
case, it's not supposed to show the Since Last Run dialog, but instead a
simple message box saying "I auto created N transactions...".
