I'd recommend that you also file a bug report at the Gnucash
Bugzilla <http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GnuCash>
just to make sure that it's not lost.   But keep in mind that
it's unlikely to get "fixed" anytime soon unless a patch appears
on the bug entry.
