The "binary", i.e. the resulting mpkg, would turn out to be around 150
MB in size.  Per architecture, that is, as not all packages used by
GnuCash are available in a universal version.  The result would be
useful only to people who are definitely never going to install fink
or MacPorts.  Licensing requirements would mean you'd have to provide
source code in addition to that.

If you can show you have stable (paid-for, non-advertising) hosting
for that kind of data, and you're able to keep it up to date, I'm
pretty sure you could find somebody with a good uplink who'd be
willing to say "sudo port mpkg gnucash" and make the resulting
directory available to you.
