transfer column type-ahead / closed accounts

Hello,
In version 1.8, rather than hiding closed accounts, I changed their name
to start with an underscore (_), which sorted them to the bottom of the
list.

In 2.0, the underscore is ignored with regard to the sorting order. I
am now hiding these accounts. But when choosing an account in the
transfer column, hidden accounts do still appear.

Is there any way in which I can exclude these accounts from being
presented in the drop-down? I would not mind so much if they were at
the bottom of the list but as it is the drop-down is cluttered with
closed accounts.
