Where is the "Split" button?

Paul,

You're showing a regular account register.  Andrew is showing
an Invoice register.  There are no "splits" in the Invoice
register because each line-item *IS* a split -- the Invoice
window is, effectively, a single transaction.  So there's no
split button because it's just not needed there.
