Chart of Accounts disappeared

(openSuSE 11.0, GnuCash 2.2.4)

I accidentally closed my Accounts list(?) while changing registers. I
can no longer view my chart of accounts. I know they are still there
because the Budget  tab(?) lists them.  I searched the message archive
but could find no relevant results. I'm sure this has a simple fix. Can
anyone tell me what it is? I'd appreciate it.
