on that note, I'd like to see the order of tab *usage* preserved. If I
open a sub-report from a link on another report, that tab will be
opened at the end of the list. When I close that new report, I'd like
to default back to the report that spawned the new tab. I know we
preserve tab order in the books file, but I don't think it's actually
used in any meaningful UI way. I'm not sure that my idea is of any
actual use to anyone besides me, though...
