Maintaining accounts in two currencies

I'm planning a move to Europe from the US for about two years.  I will  
keep my house, mortgage, credit card, bank accounts, etc. -- all  
denominated in USD.  But I will get paid in Euros, and pay my rent and  
other living expenses in Euros.  I suppose travel expenses will be  
denominated in both.

What is the recommended way to use gnucash in this situation?
