Tool to split off old years from Gnucash-Files released

First you need to load run.sh into an editor to remove the carriage returns
(bash doesn't like shell scripts to have carriage returns in them) and make
run.sh executable with "chmod +x run.sh".  See

Try ./run.sh to specify that run.sh is in the current directory.
