Reset OFX import association with account

Not directly. But there are two ways.
You could turn off compression so that when you save the data file it  
would be in straight text XML. Then edit the appropriate slot in the  
data file. There is something in the mailing list archives about how  
to do that.

The other way is to take one of the ofx files you have already  
imported, and edit the <ACCTID> tag, changing the acctid to some  
random nonsensical value. Save the edited ofx file and pretend you are  
going to import it into gnucash. After you use File>import>import ofx/ 
qfx to pick your edited ofx file, gnucash will ask you to select an  
account to associate with the transactions. Pick the account you want  
to quit importing transactions to. So far, you haven't imported the  
transactions (and you don't want to), but you have changed the  
internal association between the gnucash account and the account  
number presented by ofx files. When the transaction matcher dialog  
appears, click Cancel.

There is a bug in the matcher transaction handling, and it will look  
like you have imported transactions despite having cancelled the  
import. Quit gnucash and relaunch it. The phantom transactions should  
have disappeared.
