qof_backend_destroy not found

Hi All,

I have just downloaded and installed gnucash-2.2.8-setup.exe onto a Windows Vista computer.

It comes up with

gnucash-bin.exe - Entry point not found.
The procedure entry point of qof_backend_destroy could not be located in the dynamic link library libgnc-qof-1.dll

I hit OK and it comes up with another entry point not found.

What did I do wrong?
