Automatic tax splits needed

Hi,

how can tax split transactions be automatically accounted for for, e.g., 
expenses.

This feature is implemented for invoice transactions (if some "tax 
rules" are set up). I am using online banking information, so 
transaction templates cannot be used here I suspect.


Example:

Original online banking dataset:

Bank:				110
Expense (taxable):	110


After the automatic transaction it should be

Bank:				110
Expense (taxable):	100
Tax receivable: 	 10

I want to avoid tedious manual modifications occurring hundreds of times.
