I haven't seen the problem your seeing in bug
507178<http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=507178>(link fixed)
but I'm using a laptop without a scroll wheel. However, I filed
bug 502649 <http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=502649> a few weeks
ago, which is probably related.
