Gnucash Get Quotes problem

It has been reported before to the gnucash and SUSE groups. warlord
thinks it is a perl problem and suggests reporting it to SUSE.
Stanislav Brabec at SUSE can't reproduce it. Anyway, gnc-fq-dump
works fine. The debugging info is as follows:
