Import Geldkarte transactions

Thanks for the response. I will upgrade and try the import again.
Thank you for the hint to use the gnucash-de mailing list. Actually
the "Geldkarte" has nothing to with HBCI. It's just chipcard on which
you can load money and pay with it.
