Bug reconciling worthless stocks and options

Oh, I'm not arguing it isn't a bug.  If it wasn't a bug then the
bug report would've been closed out as NOTABUG.  I don't think you
need to attach a file; the bug is easily reproducible.  Now, if you
wanted to attach a patch that fixes the bug, now THAT would be worth
your time!
