Bug reconciling worthless stocks and options

A bug with a workaround, no matter how obvious, is still a bug.

Since I believe they're related, I've added an example of the stock
split reconciliation bug described in bug# 342716 to my test file.  Once
I've figured out your Bugzilla system, I'll attach the file to that bug.
