How to install

I worked many many hours on this but I still don't know how to install on a
FreeBSD server

I downloaded gnucash-2.2.3.tar.bz2  and gnucash-2.2.3.tar.gz      
from FreeBSD Ports I downloaded gnucash-docs-2.2.0_2 and gnucash-2.2.3

BUT NOW WHAT ?????

I searched the FAQ's the Help Manuals the WIKI and trough the mailing list !
There are nowhere just normal accessible Install instructions, so a normal being
can use this beautiful software, or am I missing something ?
