Gnucash 2.2.6 doesn't build on Ubuntu 8.04

All fixed, now.  I had to reinstall the libgtk-dev files. Stupid user
trick. 

At one time I was experimenting with virtualbox.  When I removed it I
must have done a global delete on vbox at some point.
