announcement: first stable Version of jPortfolioView

Hi Johan,
I'm sorry to hear about this trouble.
It seems to be, that not jPortfolioView itself is the problem, but the
libraries it depends on.
I've installed Java 1.5 for my own tests and although the code runs it
throws parsing exceptions for the GnuCash file.
As soon as I have some time I will compile all the libraries with Java
1.5. But in this moment perhaps Java 10 will be outside :)
It would be great if you could help me a little bit to provide proper
1.5 packages.
