Account Numbers

Hi :) This is my first time using a full featured accounting package.  I'm
setting up my personal expenses like a business to learn how to use this
program.  To set the account number for, say, my electric bill, where does
that go?  Would it go under BUSINESS > VENDOR > NEW VENDOR or BUSINESS >
VENDOR > BILL?  So I guess, would it be the:

Vendor Number?
Invoice ID? or
Billing ID?
