Fancy Invoice Address Spacing

Hi I am hoping for a little help adjusting the fancy invoice. I couldn't find 
anything like it in the lists though I would be happy to be pointed to a 
post.

I would like to move the customer address block over about 20mm so it shows in 
a window envelope. I have edited the scm file to change Invoice to Tax 
Invoice so I know the basics, I am not much of a programmer so I am having 
trouble finding where to put the whitespace (if that is the best way to do 
it).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
