Match payees/memos to Gnucash accounts ignored during QIF import

I can reproduce this with a single currency, so its not currency-related.

I notice that Payee memos seem to work correctly, i.e. "PACB DEBIT:EXTERNAL
PPS" in place of "MACB DEBIT:EXTERNAL PPS". So the problem is specific to
memo mappings.

I'll start debugging this.
