Saving a find query

Quicken had a feature I used all of the time and it was the ability to flag
an account that had outstanding activity to be addressed such as needing to
print a check for a scheduled transaction.  Is there anything similar to
this in Gnucash?

I'd be delighted if I could just save and name a query (Edit->Find) so I
could easily track down the outstanding transactions.
