New Security Type

In the New Security dialog, just type in "Bombay Stock Exchange" or
"National Stock Exchange" into the "Namespace" selection.  It's just
a standard Gtk Combobox but you're allowed to type into it to add a new
entry to the list.

This has been discussed on the list multiple times, and is explained
in the documentation.
