ording by Account Code

Hello,

Since updating from gnucash-1.8.12 to gnucash-2.2.3 I have noticed that 
the account order in the main Accounts page no longer respects the 
settings made to the Account Code.  The account ordering previously set 
in gnucash-1.8.12 has been inherited, but now the new version seems to be 
ignoring changes to any Account Code settings.
