Closing accounts.

Edit the account (from the accounts tree) and set the "Hidden" and
"Placeholder" flags.

AIUI, "Hidden" hides it in the accounts tree view (unless you change
the filter to "Show hidden accounts"), and "Placeholder" makes the
account read-only (so it doesn't appear in the pull-down list when
entering transactions).
