Inactive date drop down window

I reported this as a bug for 2.2.4 
(http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=520570). The fix (suggested 
by Andreas Köhler) was to install GTK 2.1.6 from

ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/gtk+/2.12/gtk+-2.12.6.zip
