Displaying Stock Value

I have Gnucash 2.2.4.  According to
http://www.gnucash.org/docs/v1.8/C/gnucash-guide/invest_stockprice1.html#invest_stockprice_auto2,
I should find the "options" tab on the accounts window and there I can
select "Total in Report Currency" to see updated portfolio values.

But there is no options tab on my accounts window.

How do I display updated portfolio values?
