Hi Christian, I am also missing this feature in gnucash badly. If I understand you correctly, then http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=532060 describes a third approach (in addition to Dereks proposals). I would like to hack this issue, but it will take a longer time for me to get accustomed to scheme... Christoph
