Profit and loss report and custom report deletion

Umm, GnuCash has had a P&L Report forever.  At one point it was renamed
to Income Statement, but recently it's been renamed back because
of too many user questions.  But it's there.

Unfortunately the only way is to hand-edit your saved-reports file
and remove it by hand.
