I deleted the resulting transactions from the registers, but it appears that the last occurrence date is keeping the system from acknowledging that I need to make that payment again. Can I reset this, or do I just have to delete and recreate the scheduled transactions? Thanks.

You can edit the data file and change the <sx:last> (and <sx:instanceCount>
if you care) values. Deleting and re-creating will work, too.

Note that your data file might be compressed; if so, note that it's just
`gzip`ped, so you can use that to decompress it, or you can open it up,
change the Preference re: compression and re-save it.
