Budgeting Currencies

A few ideas for the budgeting functionality, in case that is in development::

- a line of totals on the budget input sheet to allow the person inputting to see what 
affect his values have on the macro picture
- all accounts in a single currency (maybe by setting a budget master currency in 
the options field, and then individual "average estimated exchange rate line" below 
the date headings for each column?)
- budget report in a single currency
