Is there a wiki where users can add content?

I know about the wiki.gnucash.org/wiki but I'm not sure what I want to do would be appropriate there.  It does mention being a source for developer documentation after all.

What I'd like to do is document my budgeting method. Not sure if it's original at all, but I haven't seen it written up anywhere for gnucash specifically.  What I do is pretty simple (and maybe so common that it doesn't need to be documented?), I've got sub accounts off my checking account for each budget category, every month scheduled transactions transfer my budget to each sub account and as I spend I take the money from the sub accounts (of course).  I can see easily see how I'm doing on my budget, I get a real checking account balance in the account window (even though when I look at the actual checking account register, it may be negative at the start of the month)...   

Is this worth documenting?  And if so, is their a better place than on my personal website?
