GnuCash 2.2.4 system error at Get Quotes (Finance Quote 1.13)

Well, Yahoo doesn't use SSL for its quotes anyway, so if your ssl
setup is off, yahoo quotes aren't affected.
SGD won't retrieve a quote from Yahoo even on the web site. It appears
that SGD=X is what you need to retrieve a USD/SGD exchange rate.
However, that's screwed up, too, in finance-quote. It looks like Yahoo
has changed their currency exchange quote system. For that problem,
talk to the finance-quote folks.
