Scheduled transactions by day of the month?

	I have a need to schedule my transactions for accounts receivable to
the day of the month not the date. For example, I service my customer
the second Tuesday of every month. To the best of my knowledge this
feature is not in the user interface but GNU-cash is capable of doing
it. Do you guys know of a way I can manually enter scheduled
transactions rate, or have any other ideas?
