You need to design a new stylesheet.  You *may* have to write some
scheme (Lisp) code, depending on how complex it is.

One random thought:

Do you have letterheads with all the proper addresses?  If so, then a
simple stylesheet that contains a 'blank' header graphic (to shove the
text below the letterhead) is all you need. You can then print the
reports, invoices, etc. on your letterheads.
