Fink upgrade issues on 2.2.27 (OS X 10.5)

Hello all,

I decided to upgrade to GC 2.2.7 over the weekend. I'm running OS X
10.5.5 on an Intel mac pro.

I initially had some trouble with update-all so I decided to go for
the clean install route. I removed /sw, installed the latest version
of fink, enabled unstable/crypto, and set to installing the 'gnucash2'
package. After running overnight, GC 2.2.7 launched and all seemed
well.

The first issue I discovered was that the 'Get Quotes' button on price
editor would hang the program, and gave an interminable hourglass. I
was able to solve this issue by manually upgraded to Finance::Quote
1.15, released today, fortunately enough.

The second issue, I'm unable to solve. In downloading transactions
through aqbanking (now version 3.8.0) it all works well except with my
American Express CC. For that I get the following message, even when
selecting the earliest transaction option:

"The Online Banking import returned no transactions for the selected
time period."

Digging into this error a big deeper, I turned on ofx.log and in
comparing it with a log from the previous version of GC I ran (2.2.3),
the following fields are the only difference I see:

NEW: <DTSTART>19691231050000.000[-7:MST]

OLD: <DTSTART>19691231

I verified the old version still works today by switching to a backup,
so apparently there's something that Amex doesn't like about the new
DTSTART field. Anyone venture a guess as to how I can get the new
version working? Thanks,
