Version 2.2.4 template wish list

a conceptual way to handle this is a wish of mine:  to be able to copy 
or create templates of reports
and invoices.  

Are either of these wishes easy to implement?

Another way to state these wishes is:  copy an existing report or 
invoice with all its settings
as a starting point for a new report or new unposted invoice.

As is, we cannot even copy line text from a posted invoice with the 
mouse...only if it is not posted yet.
