Finance::Quote Installation

Hi Spencer,

I just tried it myself.  Note that I could not install DateManip  using
the Perl Package Manager, but Date-Manip instead.  Yep, spelling is
important :-)

There seems to be at least one other report about this, so I am going to
fix it, testing Perl 5.6 as well.  A work-around you could use is to
rename DateManip inside bin\install-fq-mods.bat.  If that does not work,
please correct me.
