Interesting, thanks - I'd never noticed that.  Yes, it does - but not
reliably.  (I find Windows bubble-help can often be a bit flakey about
whether or not it will work, not just with this application.  Sometimes
you need to move the mouse a bit, sometimes move it elsewhere on the
screen and back again.)
