Missing Schedule C: "Depreciation and section 179 expense deduction"

I purchased some business equipment I'd like to categorize as a
section 179 equipment expense deduction, but this option doesn't
appear in the gnucash Tax Options.  Section 179 means the expense
doesn't need to be depreciated and can be claimed fully in a single
year.  Is that missing from gnucash, and if so, can I add it?
