Printing Reports with a date range

It doesn't sound like you've set the starting date in the Options for the report. I don't recall the default for most reports, but check that starting date entry. 

For the actual reports, I don't think the Accounting Period has any importance. That is, when you set the report dates, that is what the report uses.
