no dbus?

Clean reinstall of MacPorts and gnucash 2.2.9_1 with X11 on MacOS (no  
Quartz).

It can run, but...
	the font is huge,
	the preliminaries need to be set up each time (modifications  
to .profile, etc),
	there is a repeated error telling me to be sure org.freedesktop.dbus- 
session.plist is loaded.

When I try the launchctl command the response is "nothing found to  
load".

What can I do?
