Error installing gnucash2.2.8 on Mac OS X 10.5.6 (Intel)

I'm getting the same error as addressed in this post.

When I get to this point, in a plain X11 installation,
the response to the command is that there is  that 
there is nothing found to load.

I've not seen this result reported.
