Problem with rounding (tax)

Different countries handle tax rounding differently.

I don't know that there's an option to modify it (and I see Derek
answered below, but didn't provide an answer to the rounding question)
so I'm going to guess that no, there is not a way currently.

You can look here on filing feature requests, if it's not already on the
