Problem with Price Editor View

Good Morning:
I've been a long-time Quicken user (about 15-years),but decided to make 
a change when Intuit initiated a policy that Quicken versions that are 
over 3-years old, loose their capability to conduct online banking, and 
retrieve investment information.  So after reviewing all the Open Source 
alternatives, I chose GnuCash.  I'm really impressed with the simplicity 
and ease of use.

I've downloaded 2.2.9 and I'm running it on XP Pro.

I think there is a problem with the GUI of the Price Editor (See 
attached).  It does not resemble what appears in the user manual.  I've 
not been able to change the appearance to a more "readable" look.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.   -Jack
