Transfers between bank accounts?

Hello: My name is Victoria; I own a sole proprietorship consulting business
(Persagen).

I am a first-time GnuCash user (today)!   I spent a couple of days reading
some user guides that I found on the net, and today I set up my first
(business) ledger.  [I will also use GnuCash to set up a personal ledger,
for home expenses.]  I basically set up this ledger from this
chart-of-accounts file,

I'm also very inexperienced with accounting principles / practice;
basically, what I know I learned over the past couple of days, again from
reading and studying these various guides.

Basically, I entered my bank statement data into GnuCash, and when I
reconciled it, the balance checked out.  However, I want to be sure I am
entering the transactions accurately, especally as I am just starting out!

I'm particularly uncertain how to go about entering transactions between my
personal and my business bank accounts - I simply set this up as a transfer
to an "Other Expenses" expense account that I made for this purpose,
"Transfer from Persagen to Victoria."

Also, I don't know why there are the two extra lines at the end (the last
transaction appears to be split, for some reason, twice)?!

I'd appreciate any comments.
