where is cost center?

Ah, I see.  I wouldn't really call that a reference to "Cost Centers"
per se.  Yes, it does use the two words "Cost Center" but honestly
you COULD use that for a cost center if you wanted; you'd just need
to write some reports to use that data.

I don't see that this warrants changing the docs over two words.
