Graphing Does Not work

Greetings All,

  I have GNUCASH installed on a SUSE 11.0 64 bit system. I cannot seem to
get any graphing working.

I get the message "UNABLE TO PUSH BAR CHART" whenever I try to create a
graph.

 The level that was delivered with the distro was 2.2.4-27-1. I've attempted
to install a later version
from source, but make exits with the following errors:
